Miss Patel is known for her kind and understanding approach to dental care, making every dental visit a reassuring and positive experience.
A second-generation dentist, Miss Patel graduated with honours from the University of Sheffield in 2016 and went on to enhance her surgical skills through hospital posts in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including a year at the internationally renowned Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge. During this time, she worked as a Dental Officer, providing out-of-hours emergency dental care for Cambridgeshire Community NHS Trust.
Following this, Miss Patel transitioned into general practice and has since worked in practices across Leicestershire, delivering both NHS and private dental care before joining Bright Smiles Dental Practice
Miss Patel has pursued further postgraduate study to stay updated on the latest knowledge and techniques, ensuring she provides the best care for her patients. She completed the Diploma in Restorative Dental Practice at the Eastman Dental Institute in London, where her outstanding performance in the first year was recognised with an award. Additionally, Miss Patel gained further experience in fixed orthodontics, completing the two-year Straight Forward Straight Wire modular programme.
Beyond the dental practice, Miss Patel enjoys staying active, cooking, photography, travelling and learning languages.
Miss Patel is renowned for her warm, approachable manner amongst patient of all ages and her ability to ease the worries of even the most anxious dental patients. Whether you are a new patient or a returning one, Miss Patel looks forward to welcoming you to the practice.
